Terms and Conditions

Payment

Payment for all la carte service is due upon completion by cash, personal check, or credit card. All additional service charges incurred such as dry cleaning, groceries or theater tickets will be due upon completion of service. Larger fees (over $50) will be required in advance with a check made out to providing business or credit card access. A major credit card will be held as a security deposit upon request of services.

Hours of Operation

Business office hours are 7:30a.m. - 7:00p.m., Monday - Friday, however we can be reached at any time. Services may be available by appointment beyond business office hours (additional fees may apply).

General Information and Conditions

We will reply to all requests for services within 24 hours. We request that you provide at least 24 hours lead time on all requests. We will always do our best to fulfill requests for service as soon as possible, on a first come, first serve basis.

If services are requested outside of standard Virtual Concierge business hours, additional charges may apply.

Virtual Concierge maintains the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe and unsuitable for its employees. Credit cards held as a security deposit will not be charged unless the client fails to provide alternate method of payment upon completion of service.

All errand rates include time from the beginning of the task and for the first 25 miles of travel. Travel over 25 miles will be billed at the rate of $0.50 per mile.

Privacy policy

All personal and credit card information collected by Virtual Concierge will be compiled for the purpose of providing concierge services and billing the client for services rendered. At no time will the collected information be disclosed to a third party except for the purpose of completing the clients financial obligation to Virtual Concierge or their selected service provider. Virtual Concierge reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.
